Picky uses the information you provide to manage accounts, fulfil orders, respond to questions and handle warranty claims. Our store and customer-account service are powered by Shopify.

Optional marketing

You can choose email offers, WhatsApp offers, both or neither. We ask for a separate opt-in for each channel. We do not treat account creation or acceptance of the terms as marketing consent.

If you opt in, we may send product launches, offers and pickleball content through the channels you selected. You can unsubscribe from email using the message's unsubscribe link, or withdraw WhatsApp consent by replying STOP or contacting us.

Service providers

Order, payment, delivery and communication providers receive information needed to provide those services. Optional marketing data is used only for the channels you choose.

Your choices

Contact us to ask about your personal information, request correction or deletion, or change your marketing preferences. We may retain records where required for orders, accounting, disputes or legal obligations.
