No change-of-mind returns
We do not offer court trials, change-of-mind returns or exchanges for a different preference. Please check your model, colour and specifications before purchasing.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us with your order number, a description and clear photos or video. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy under applicable UAE consumer law and the relevant warranty.
Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. Contact us before sending any item back so we can provide instructions.
This policy does not restrict your statutory consumer rights.
