Shopping with Picky

Product prices are displayed in AED. Availability, delivery options and the final order total are shown before payment. Please review the model, colour, specifications and delivery address before placing an order.

Accounts

Use accurate contact information and keep your account access secure. Account authentication is provided through Shopify's secure customer-account service.

Welcome offer

The proposed welcome offer is 10% off a first order for a new Picky account, once per customer. Final eligibility and activation will be confirmed before launch. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts.

Shipping, warranties and refunds

Our shipping policy, warranty process and refund policy explain the applicable terms. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or court trials. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Your marketing choices

Accepting these terms does not subscribe you to marketing. You can separately choose email and WhatsApp updates. These choices are optional and can be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Transactional messages about your account, orders and support are separate from marketing.
